Here at FlexiSanderUSA, every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible. Items in Stock If merchandise is in stock, you can expect it to be shipped within 24 hours. Items NOT in Stock If merchandise is not in stock, and needs to be ordered from FlexiSander factory in Europe, products are shipped within 29 working days, however, due mostly to traditional European vacation schedules and holidays, products may occasionally take longer to ship.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, with the following exception: FlexiSanderUSA will refund the cost of return shipment when the reason for the return is our responsibility, e.g. incorrect, faulty or damaged product was shipped.
Return Policy:
Please be aware of this policy before ordering your item and/or specific merchandise. We make every effort to describe every item for particular model accurately. Return Merchandise Authorization Number all returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You can get this by emailing us at info@FlexiSanderUSA.com or calling us at (949) 524-6882. Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return. No return will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization Number. SPECIAL ORDERS Special order items must be paid for in advance, and are non-returnable. Return Period All items must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase. Condition of Returned Merchandise Any returned item must be in its original, unused condition and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags and instructions. Your product purchase price (less shipping fee) will be refunded when your return is received and inspected. Products worn or damaged through use or abuse will not be refunded.
